You may have come across microbiology through core modules but now learned we use it in a diagnostic laboratory. This course is designed to apply your learned knowledge to the practical side of a microbiology laboratory. Microbiology involves diagnosing infections; by identifying and classifying organisms and carrying out antibiotic susceptibility testing. This is done through the use of traditional and modern diagnostic tools.
